From the Cogir Chronicle-March 1 edition
A few days ago we went for lunch in the Phrom Phong neighborhood, on the “Old town” side of the main street. Afterwards we crossed the 6 lane Blvd. and faced an enormous, extremely modern and luxurious mall. What really stood out was a massive display of thousands of stuffed “panda bears”. This was a celebration Chinese New Year’s, the arrival of spring and pandas. The pandas were a promotion to convince China to send 2 real pandas to the Bangkok zoo. Enjoy a little touch of the spirit of Bangkok.
